Established in 1954, Ken Jervis Ltd has been retailing motor cars for more than 70 years. The company welcomed its Kia franchise in 2000—the same year David Norwood joined as Managing Director. Twenty-five years later, David is supported by his wife, Pauline, and by his son, James Norwood, who now serves as General Manager.
We are proud to have been associated with the Kia brand for 25 years. During this time, we’ve built our business on two ideologies: looking after our staff and looking after our customers.
We have endless testimonies to prove that we get it right more than we get it wrong. And on the occasions when things don’t go to plan, we learn from them. You can see this reflected in our Google Reviews.
Over the last ten years, we have never been outside the top five Kia dealers for delivering outstanding customer service among 190 dealerships nationwide. In the past five years alone, we have achieved the top spot three times and the second spot twice.
