Founded in 1986, over the years Moorlands Home Link has helped thousands of older people and their families across the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Their aim is to prevent social isolation, loneliness, and maintain independence in the home for as long as is practicable for each individual who comes into their professional, quality services. Helping and supporting people to have a quality of life in their later years which encompasses a holistic approach to care inclusive to all.

Their practical support and service provision enables older adults to maintain their dignity and autonomy. Through the compassionate efforts of volunteers and staff, play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring that every older person feels valued and connected.

Moorlands Home Link provide:
•     Day Care at Cheadle, transport provided from the surrounding area including, Werrington, Blythe Bridge, etc.
•     Outreach Group in Leek
•     Meals on Wheels
•     Befriending
•     Voluntary Transport in partnership with Moorlands Voluntary & Community Transport
•     Care Navigation & Support
