£1 land could be developed if homes england funding granted

Stoke on Trent City Council has applied for £12.3 million from Homes England before it can start work on a 141 home estate in Shelton. Developer Placefirst would be handed the land in Pyenest Street for a 'nominal £1' - subject to the £12.3m being secured and an independent valuation.
