10 year old karate kid wins gold

A 10-year-old karate kid has won gold at a worldwide championship this summer. Grace Leigh, from Winterley, competed against athletes from all over the world at the WUKF Karate World Championships in Romania, triumphantly winning Gold in her age division for a form of the sport named kata.Grace, a member of Cheshire Martial Arts Club trains in Warrington, is already back in the dojo and has her sights set on the WUKF European Championships, which will be held in Sheffield next month.
