Accountability concerns to be raised at full council meeting

A Kidsgrove town councillor is to raise concerns over accountability at a full council meeting in the town tomorrow. Ray Williams believes the council is not being transparent over some grant funding, monitoring and internal controls. While he is not suggesting any wrongdoing he feels protocols should be addressed.
