Carehome partnership helps rehabilitation

A local care home is collaborating with a physiotherapy company to provide mobility support for residents.

Shoemaker Place Care Home in Stone, part of the Borough Care Group, recently hosted a free mobility and physio session with Active Life PhysioCare.

It marks the beginning of a relationship between the dementia care specialists and the local physiotherapy company.
