Cheadle staff and students celebrate ofsted rating

A North Staffordshire school is celebrating the results of its latest Ofsted inspection after being praised for its "welcoming and inclusive community"

Early years education at Bishop Rawle CofE Primary School was also highlighted by inspectors, who said "children get off to a flying start" at the Cheadle academy.

Personal development and wellbeing and early years were both found to be of a strong standard in the report. Achievement, attendance and behaviour, curriculum and teaching, inclusion, leadership and governance all met the expected standard.
