College commitment shines

Cheshire College – South & West celebrated the dedication, talent and commitment of its staff at 2026's Staff Awards, recognising the individuals and teams making lasting difference to students, colleagues and the wider community.

Two awards ceremonies, held at the college's Crewe and Ellesmere Port campuses, brought together colleagues from across all three sites to honour those who consistently go above and beyond in their roles.

The annual awards shine a spotlight on the people who help shape the college's success every day, recognising excellence across teaching, student support, leadership, innovation, collaboration and community engagement.
