Death row criminals inspire Stafford author

A new book “Dead Ends” about visiting criminals including death row inmates has been released by a Stafford writer. Penny Wheat’s curiosity was triggered in the 1980’s when she was intrigued by a man who murdered his family and tracked him down in prison in Liverpool.
