Demolition work makes way for city centre re-development

Demolition work is due to begin on a former Iceland store in the coming days.

Work to pull down the vacant building on Charles Street in Hanley, will start on Monday, 

It is expected to take about six weeks to complete, paving the way for the first phase of the £20m brownfield regeneration scheme at Etruscan Square.
