Fire & Rescue Service warn of gas canister storage

Staffordshire Fire and Rescue service has warned of the dangers of gas cannisters during the heatwave as two women and a child were injured when a gas canister exploded. They suffered minor burns and were taken to hospital after the incident, which happened at a property on Main Road in Hollington, on Thursday afternoon. It involved a small butane gas canister, which was sitting on a table in direct sunlight.
