Former police officer breaches standards of authority, respect and courtesy
A Former police officer based in North Staffordshire has resigned after showing 'inappropriate images' on his mobile phone and having 'unwanted' chats with his colleagues.
Staffordshire Police has revealed that following an investigation by its anti-corruption unit ex police officer Lewis Edwards engaged in the activities. A one-day gross misconduct hearing this month found he'd breached 'the standards of authority, respect and courtesy’ and would have been dismissed had be not resigned in April.
