Hotel to re-open after 4 years

One of Stoke-on-Trent's most-iconic hotels is ready to reopen - after being cleared of asylum seekers. Best Western Stoke-on-Trent City Centre Hotel, formerly the Quality hotel and Stakis Grand, stopped taking reservations and weddings were cancelled in November 2022.

After ongoing refurbishment the hotel will open next month with the leisure centre remaining closed.
