Investigation into busy 24 hours for Fire & Resue services

A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson following a large fire at a derelict building in Tunstall which kept the high street closed and from which four kittens were rescued. The 33 year old suspect has been released on conditional bail while the investigation continues. Meanwhile the fire at a Chicken shed in Cheshire on the same day was caused accidentally and has been put down to an electrical fault.
