New fight launched to save the Wammy

A fresh fight is underway in Newcastle under Lyme as hundreds of residents sign a relaunched campaign to stop the whammy in Knutton from being fenced off. The latest development involves a new planning application by Newcastle Town Football Club on the community green space, proposing installing a 1.8 metre wire mesh fence around the playing field off Lower Milehouse Lane.
