New Recovery hub helps domestic abuse victims

A Stoke-on-Trent domestic abuse service has opened the doors to its new dedicated Recovery Hub.

Domestic abuse service Glow opened the new building, located in Stoke-on-Trent, which will act as a dedicated space for the delivery of the service's Recovery Hub programmes.

Part of Honeycomb Group, Glow's Recovery Hub was first launched in 2022 to provide specialist recovery support for women who have experienced domestic abuse. 

Since then, the charity says it has supported hundreds of women across Staffordshire through accredited recovery programmes, counselling, wellbeing activities, volunteering opportunities and peer support.
