Pensioner charged with causing death by dangerous driving

83-year-old Peter Wood from Longton has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a motorbike rider died in a crash in Dresden in December. 

41 year old Michael Bibby, who was riding the motorbike, died at the scene.
