Police appeal for information after a man was found with unexplained injuries in Sandbach

Detectives are investigating an incident where a man was found with serious injuries in Sandbach.

In the early hours of Sunday 10 May, a 46-year-old man was found collapsed on Oldfield Road, Sandbach.

He was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he is currently receiving treatment.

It is believed that he had been seen earlier in the evening on Saturday 9 May in the Cheshire Cheese and Barchetta establishments on Crewe Road, Sandbach.

Police are now appealing for any anyone who saw anything of significance in the area during the evening to get in touch.
