Staffordshires Acting Chief Constable signs open letter to prevent early release of PC Harpers killers
Staffordshire Police’s Acting Chief Constable Rebecca Riggs has joined 49 policing and law enforcement leaders from across the UK in signing an open letter calling for the Prime Minister to prevent early release of PC Harper's killers.
PC Andrew Harper was killed in the line of duty while responding to a burglary on 15 August 2019. Both Mum Debbie Adlem and Andrew’s wife Lizzie along with their families have been supported by Staffordshire’s Care of Police Survivors, a national peer support charity for families who have lost an officer in the line of duty.
