Stoke on Trent under-delivers on housing allocation

New government reports suggest Stoke on Trent only delivered on two thirds of the homes it was due to build over the last three years. The delivery of 66% is well below the 75% target threshold. As a result local housing policies could be considered as out of date when planning applications are considered. Council leaders say a shortage of viable housing sites and brownfield land has slowed delivery.
