Stories of everyday life celebrated at open days

Stories of everyday life will take centre stage as part of this year’s Heritage Open Days .. The national festival will include free events across Whitchurch and beyond to celebrate community, heritage, and history.

The festival is brought to you by the National Trust and supported by Postcode Lottery players, with activities organised by volunteers from Whitchurch Museum and Archives and partner groups.The ‘Everyday Histories’ theme will be highlighted at nine venues in Whitchurch, including Whitchurch Heritage Centre, St George’s R.C. Church, the Old Chapel in Dodington, and Church House in Claypit Street.
