Tennis club celebrates with new courts

Wistaston Jubilee Tennis Club celebrated a landmark moment in its history with the official opening of two newly renovated all-weather tennis courts following a remarkable community fundraising effort.

Founded in 1977 to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II's Silver Jubilee, the club has served the Wistaston community for almost 50 years. 

The transformation follows an outstanding fundraising campaign exceeding expectations.
