Volunteers needed to help City Poppy Appeal

The Royal British Legion is actively recruiting volunteers for the annual Poppy Appeal, seeking collectors and organisers to support the armed forces. While the main collection is in October and November, all year round support is needed. 

Stoke on Trent has a number of areas that collections are no longer made due to a decline in volunteers over the years and mark smith the North Staffordshire poppy appeal manager says without more volunteers collections won’t be made in many parts of our city. To find out more and how to volunteer email Mark here
