Woman found in Stoke named

A woman who was found dead in Stoke-on-Trent has been named by police.

Staffordshire Police were called to an address in Oakwell Court, in Longton on Sunday morning where they found the body of 24 year old Sarah-Louise Pennington.

A 30-year-old man from Stoke-on-Trent who was arrested on suspicion of murder remains in custody and will continue to be questioned after extra time was granted.
