Why/how did you become involved in radio?

I first began hosting my own online radio show at the age of 14 after becoming obsessed with radio - since then I’ve hosted on various radio stations and have had the pleasure of championing some great new artists!

What is your most memorable radio moment so far?

One of my most memorable moments was giving an under the radar Irish producer his first radio play in the UK. He ended up getting signed to the label of the other guests I had on that week’s show who really liked his music and has released some proper bangers since then - that was really special.

What is the song that ‘lifts your day?’

Always 17 by MK. Was my university anthem and soundtracked many a night out!

How are you feeling about joining the Blue Sky team?

I’m immensely excited to be joining such a professional and experienced team who are so passionate about both radio and the local area. Expect great music, fun anecdotes and probably some games on my shows!

What is it you like about our local area (North Staffs and South Cheshire)?

The people and the places! Always a great place to have a walk out in the countryside - there are plenty of good pubs too!

As well as being a radio presenter, I’m also a quiz host! I host in various venues across the week - however I don’t retain as many useless facts as I probably should so don’t expect miracles from me if I’m ever on your quiz team!
