Ken Jervis Kia in Stoke-on-Trent has been awarded Highly Commended in Customer Experience at the 2024 Kia Dealer Excellence Awards, announced during the annual Kia National Dealer Conference in Liverpool.
Attended by more than 1,000 Kia dealer staff and employees, the conference opened with a new mantra for the coming year: ‘Take the Lead’. This phrase encapsulates what Kia and its dealerships have already achieved, as well as what they must continue to do to embrace the opportunities 2025 brings and meet the UK’s wider transition towards electric vehicles.
Taking the lead, Ken Jervis Kia was one of the stars of the show, earning a coveted Highly Commended in the Customer Experience category.
