Ken Jervis Kia (Stoke-on-Trent) has secured the ‘Customer Experience’ award at the 2025 Kia Dealer Excellence Awards. The awards were announced during the annual Kia National Dealer Conference in Liverpool, which took place on Tuesday 13 January.
Ken Jervis Kia continues its outstanding work in this category, having won the same accolade in the 2013, 2015, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Awards.
Ken Jervis Kia’s awards success underlines excellent satisfaction survey results of all Kia dealerships across various independent monitoring platforms. Last year, Kia gained its highest ever Reputation Score, with 13 dealerships reaching above 900 points, and 114 dealerships achieving above 800 with Ken Jervis achieving a score of 914.
